Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CryptoLume's lead generation services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

CryptoLume provides lead generation and social advertising services to help businesses identify, qualify, and connect with potential customers. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Lead identification across multiple advertising channels
• Lead qualification and verification
• Social media advertising campaign management
• Performance tracking and reporting
• Customer support and account management

3. Pricing and Payment

Our services are priced on a per-qualified-lead basis. Current pricing is:

• Standard Plan: $50 per qualified lead
• Premium Plan: $40 per qualified lead

Payment is due within 30 days of lead delivery. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days written notice to existing clients.

4. Lead Quality Standards

A "qualified lead" is defined as a prospect who:

• Meets all demographic and psychographic criteria specified by the client
• Has verified contact information (email and/or phone)
• Has demonstrated genuine interest in the client's products or services
• Has the authority and budget to make purchasing decisions

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about their target customer profile
• Respond to leads in a timely and professional manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their use of provided leads
• Not resell or redistribute leads to third parties without written consent

6. Data Privacy and Protection

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of all data collected and processed through our services. All lead data is:

• Collected in compliance with applicable privacy laws
• Stored securely using industry-standard encryption
• Shared only with authorized client personnel
• Retained only as long as necessary for business purposes

7. Service Level Agreement

We strive to provide high-quality leads consistently. Our commitments include:

• Lead delivery within agreed timeframes
• 99% uptime for our tracking and reporting systems
• Response to support inquiries within 24 hours
• Monthly performance reviews for Premium Plan clients

8. Limitation of Liability

CryptoLume's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• Client remains responsible for payment of all delivered leads
• All confidential information must be returned or destroyed
• Access to our systems and services will be discontinued

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our technology, processes, and methodologies remain the exclusive property of CryptoLume. Clients receive a limited license to use our services solely for their internal business purposes.

11. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Odessa, Texas.
